Are your sneakers new and original?
Yes! All sneakers at Sneakerstock.dk are 100% new and original . We never compromise on authenticity or quality.

How long do I have to return?
You have a 30-day full right of return , as long as the item is unused and in original condition .
The customer pays for the return shipping, but we will refund the full amount as soon as we have received and approved the item.

What is the delivery time and who do you ship with?
We ship with PostNord , and delivery time is typically 1-3 business days .

Do you ship abroad?
Right now we only ship to Denmark , but we are working on opening up international delivery very soon.

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with MobilePay , debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal .

No, we do not offer reservations or pre-orders . Everything shown as "in stock" is ready to ship.

Will sold-out models be back?
It varies. We are constantly bringing in new items at the lowest possible price for you , and our range is constantly changing. When a model is sold out, we are typically already on to the next good find.
