Terms of Trade

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on Sneakerstock.dk and are valid between you as a customer and Sneakerstock.dk as a webshop.

Order

When you order from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The purchase agreement is only binding when you receive a shipping confirmation .

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors in pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT .
The price you see at checkout is the final price including shipping (if applicable).

Payment

We accept payment with:

• MobilePay

• Dankort / Visa / Mastercard

• PayPal

The amount will only be withdrawn once the item has been shipped .
We do not charge any fees.

Delivery

We ship with PostNord.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days in Denmark.
We only deliver within Denmark at this time.

Return policy

You have 30 days full right of return from the date of receipt.
The item must be returned unused and in original condition .
The customer covers return shipping, but will receive a full refund after receipt and approval.

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint .
The complaint must be justified and notified to us as soon as possible - preferably with a picture and description of the error.
