At Sneakerstock.dk you always have the option to cancel your purchase – we want you to be 100% satisfied.

Return policy

You have 30 days full right of return from the day you receive your goods.

To be able to return the item, it must be:

• Unused

• In the same condition as when received

• In original packaging (if possible)

Who pays for the return?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the full amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Do you want to exchange for a different size or model?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead, you can return the item and place a new order for the product you want instead.

How to return:

1. Pack the item securely.

2. Please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return (optional).

3. Send the package to the return address we provide when contacting you by email.
